The tests have been and will always be enjoyed by the majority of people of all age groups. There are lots of fun quizzes, from standard trivia to rolling a dice and moving a board to collect items as you answer the questions correctly. You don’t need to go out and spend a lot of money on these types of games and contests and you can have a lot of fun making up your own.

Here are some quiz ideas

  1. Each team has to collect a certain amount, say for the sake of arguments, 20 questions and answers from General Knowledge, 10 from Music, 10 from Sports, and 10 from History. Then each one rolls a die depending on the number of test teams. This gives you who to ask a question. They then roll a single die and if the number six is rolled, since the quizzes only have 5 rounds, the team asking the questions chooses which round they ask a question from. The team then rolls the dice again to select which question to choose from the quiz. If the question is free, then the questions are asked. The responding team must answer the question. If the team cannot answer the question, they will lose points or lose points, but that question is left open until someone answers it. If the question in the quiz has already been answered, the team asking the question chooses a question from that round. The team with the most points wins.
  2. Maybe spin the bottle. Each player provides a set of 20 quiz questions and answers making sure no one else sees them. You place a bottle or anything that can spin in the middle and each player takes it in turn with a spin. Once the bottle or whatever has stopped, whoever is pointing asks a question from their quiz. If the player makes a mistake on the question in the quiz, a different player can be asked again and the next person turns. As soon as the first person runs out of questions, the game is over. And the player with the most points wins again.
  3. Inverted questionnaires. This game is relatively easy to set up but quite difficult to play. Basically get a question box from an old game quiz or cheap store. The players or teams then take turns asking a question, but this time it is not the question that is read, but the answer. Then they have to try to figure out what the question on the quiz would be. Tip: use youth questions for this, as full adult questions and answers can be a bit difficult.

By using different formats and ideas for submitting quizzes, you can keep people interested and make things more fun.
