Sometimes you need to work smarter, not harder. Therefore, eating more would be fine as long as it satisfies your hunger. Just make sure you don’t eat just to fill yourself up. If you do, you know you’ve made a mistake. It’s about eating frequently and avoiding foods that are more fattening and higher in calories. Starving yourself would be just as bad because you would probably end up eating more food later. Take everything in moderation.

Dieting should be a fun experience. You don’t have to sacrifice taste just to eat low-fat foods. Many people think that diet means eating nothing but salads and rice cakes. You need to eat. You should avoid consuming less than 1,500 calories a day. This way you will stay energetic throughout the day. You will feel much better when you have more energy. Having more energy will allow you to get more done and stay active. That means you will lose even more fat.
