Common Type Of White Collar Crime
The question that everyone asks about white collar crime is, Why is it that white collar crime is so common in Dallas? When I asked this question to people in New York, Los Angeles and other large cities, they all had the same answer. They said that white collar crime in these large cities is the result of people from lower or middle class families having to have jobs. I didn’t believe them at first, but after years of living and working in the Dallas area, I have changed my mind.
Why are jobs being lost in the Dallas-Fort Worth area? That’s what is happening in any large metropolitan area around the United States. You see, as the cost of living increases, the price of real estate also goes up. Real estate is one of the safest investments you can make. It’s also one of the most recession-proof investments you could ever make.
But, as the cost of real estate goes up, the cost of doing business also goes up. The reason that this happens is because the people who are really in the middle class, get laid off, or have to accept jobs that pay less, are the ones who suffer the most. Many businesses, for one reason or another, decide to move out of the city of Dallas because the cost of doing business there is too high. They either move to another area or they try to do business somewhere else. This leaves those families who have jobs feeling frustrated and even scared because they don’t know what the future holds for them.
Why Fraud Is A Common Type Of White Collar Crime?
Now let me tell you why it isn’t okay to be a white collar criminal in the city of Dallas. The police in the Dallas Police Department does a very good job of rounding up white collar criminals. They have a unit that they call the White Collar Crime Team. These are the criminals that the police want to arrest, prosecute, and jail because these are the people that really hurt the community. These are the people who sell drugs, are robbers, thieves, and assault, and cause the majority of the car accidents in the city of Dallas.
It is my professional opinion that we should close these business loopholes that allow this type of criminal activity to go on under the table. And I say this as someone who has started a new business in the Dallas area, that is a booming industry. Dallas is growing every single day, and so is the crime rate. But, what I don’t understand is why we can’t seem to stop this criminal element from taking over the local businesses. It seems to me that there must be a way to close these loopholes.
In closing, I’m just saying that it appears that the Dallas Police is trying to deal with this problem the wrong way. They’re putting small businesses out of business, and this is supposed to lower the overall crime rate. In most cases, they are putting the wrong type of criminals back into the community. This is not fair at all, and this seems to be the common type of white collar crime that we see.
